Student Futures Project Community Briefings This Week

studentfutures_logo_rgbJoin us for the Student Futures Project Community Briefings, Tuesday, February 24 or Wednesday, February 25 to look at what happens to Central Texas high school graduates after the tassels are turned and the caps are thrown. The Student Futures Project is a research partnership of the Ray Marshall Center, Skillpoint Alliance, and a growing number of Central Texas independent school districts (ISDs).

The Student Futures Project follows each Central Texas graduating class for four years to identify the personal, family, high school, and financial factors that help explain why they make certain postsecondary education and career decisions. The upcoming briefings will discuss what we’ve learned about the Classes of 2006 and 2007, as well how the information can be used to improve programs and services for students.
